Hargreaves is now traveling for a Chicago wholesale grocery house. —The Gauthier restaurant has changed hands again. Ed Davis is the new proprietor. —Roy Cooke is now employed on an electric street car line in Danville, 111., as motorman. —Rev. S. Y. McKee of Waveland, was called here last week to preach the funeral sermon of Mr. Charles Bartee. He was accompanied by Miss Flora. —The demolition of the old Christian church is going on at a rapid rate. Work on the new edifice will begin as soon as the weather will permit. The congregation have use of Exchange Hall for holding their meetings in till the new church is completed.
