Eight and one-third (8«) per cent, of the assessment on each tract of land will be due and payable to the undersigned. Construction Commissioner, at his office in the second story of the Keller Block, Winamac, Indiana, on the 13th day of May. 1899, and a like amount on the 2nd Saturday of each month thereafter until the whole assessment or so much thereof as may be necessary to complete the work, is paid. You are further notified, that If said assessments are not paid at the time above stated in accordance with said assessment and agreeable with this notice, I will proceed to collect the same according to law. r Dated this 27th day of March, 1899. “ JOHN W.
