The Sheep and the Goats,

’Tis done! Henceforth the goats abiding in this city—the Billys and Nannies, too —will be known of all men as readily as though the mark of Cain adorned his unholy brow. His name, his disposition to “whack up” with the preacher, his church predelictions, and the absence of such predelictions, if they exist, are all chronicled and turned over to the proper committees for future reference.
