—Weather rainy. —Rosa and Lizzie Lane are on the sick list. —Less and Harvey Miller spent Sunday at Rensselaer. —Edward Shindelar of Parr, spent Sunday in this vicinity. —Mrs. John Romine is slowly recovering from her attack of neuralgia and grip. —Mr. and Mrs. David Mauck and two small children >spent a few days of last week at Monticello. ■ * —The “calico” party at Mr. and Mrs. M. B. ‘Halstead’s was well attended and a good time is reported.
