Bulgaria Is going to take effective means to Increase its population. Far every son born beyond a minimum number, twenty francs will be paid not only to tbe father, but to the mother aleo. A soldier showing a dozen sons win receive a pension large enough to support him, and besides a decoration. The same reward will go to his wife.
