It is possible to go round the world and touch on British territory all the way, viz., from England to Halifax, N. S., across Canada to Vancouver, across the Pacific to Hong Kong,' thence to Singapore, Penang, Mauritius, Cape Town, St. Helena and England; or from Penang to Ceyldn, Bombay, Aden, Perim, Malta, Gibraltar and home. .
