Grimm and William H. Petty are working for William Cooper. —Charles McCoy and Thomas Florence brought some cattle home from Rensselaer yesterday. —Mrs. Henry Hochbaum, Miss Emma Baumann and Iva Grimm •peat Monday with Miss Sophia Weiss. --Quite a number of the young folks of this place attended the box social last Saturday night at Fair Oaks. Yeoman only lost Marion tp. by 32 votes, while Adamsonly lost itby 76; Huston got 52out of a to tai vote of 80 in Milroy; Garriot run 20 ahead of his ticket in Barkley; Hershman ran 16 ahead of his ticket in. Walker, and Strong ran 9 ahead in Newton.
