Hooley Wrote His Own Puffs.

Ernest T. Hooley, the London speculator ana company promoter, against whom a receiving order was issued upon his own petition several weeks ag6, was examined in the bankruptcy court Wednesday. Mr. Hooley said that he had paid Earl Delaware £26,000 to act as chairman of the Dunlop Tire Company and had paid the board dt directors of the altogether £50,000.
