The Democratic County Convention for the nomination of county officers, u nators and representatives will be held on Saturday, the 6:h day of May next at 10 o'clock a. m., at Washington Hall, in the city of Indianapolis. All voters, without regard to past partj affiliations, opposed to the mismanagement and corruption of the party in power, to sumptuary laws and partiality In the distribution of public offices toward loreign"born citizens, and in favor of a sound system of national economy, for tbe restoration of public confidence and general welfare, sre respectfully invito to participate. The primary meetings In the several townships ol Marion county, for the election Of delegates to the state and county and congressional conventions, will be held on Saturday, the 15th day of April next, at 2 o'clock p. m., as follows: In Center township, north, at the conrt house. In Wayne township, at Mount Jackson. In Pike township, at Augusta station. In Washington tjwbsalp, at school house No. 5. In Warren township, at the township hr.mse. Center township south, Center township north, Perry and Decatur, are each entitled to two delegates; Lawrence, Franklin, Wayne, Pike and Washington to three delegates each, and Warren to four delegates In the state convention. Each township, district and w-rd is entitled to seven delegates in the county convention. THB WABD PRIMARIES. The primary meetings In the several wards of the city of Indianapolis, for the election of delegates to the stats conventioDwlll be held on Saturday, the 15th dsy of April next, for the election of delegates to the county convention, will be held on Friday, toe 5th day of May next. The Second, Third, Tenth and Eleventh Wards are each entitled to three delegates, the First Ward to four delegates, the Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Twelfth and Thlrteentn Wards each i t five delegates and the Sixth Ward to seven delegates In the ttate convention.
