All election beid by tho provision of this act hall be conducted in the same nianoer as is now provided for couduetin; county or township elections, and that at tho first election held under tho provisions of this act it hall bo tho duty of the clerks oi aatd election to make oat certificates of election and cause the same to be signed by

Sc. 6. Thetownhip treasurer, township clerk, and eonstables shall, before entering en their duties, severally give bond with, security, to be approved of by the trustees, in a in not less than three hand red nor more than five hundred dollars, conditioned for tho faithful discharge of lue duUes emoined on them by this act ; which bonds shall be

And it shall be the duty of the Slats Librarian, immediately after the General Assembly shall adjourn, to prepare the Hall of the House of Representatives for the reception of, and aittings of said convention. Sio. 10. The said delegates, before entering upon the discharge of their duties, shall each be duly sworn or affirmed, to support the constitution of tho United States,
