DEABBAUGR ARRESTE O. Beaeon Aesned for the Suicide of George W. Hensley. The Muncie authorities telephoned police headquarters last night that "Dr." Dearbaugh, (he man who performed an abortion cn the wife of Charles Hensley in this city lomo two months ago, was in that town, and wanted to know whether they should detain him. Station-keeper Talle answered in the affirmative, and a few minutes later they telephoned that he had been locked up. Officer Taffe will go after Daarbaagh this morning. Dcarbaash, it will be remembered, jumped the town before his victim died, but her husband, who wes then a msrehant paliceman, remained here and was arrested. Ha is now in jail awaiting trial. In this connection it is learned that the George W. Hensley who recently committed Enicide in Florida was a brother cf Charles Kenftley, now awaiting trial in tho Criminal Court for having an abortion procured on his wife last fall, by reason of which she diei. The deceased was examined at length by the Coroner, and testified to having warned hi3 brother egainst his criminal practices, asserting that he would sooner or later g3 to prison, if he was not hung. It is now believed that the reason of the enicids was the mental dspiession caused by the eituation of his brother Charles, and that there appeared no other relief from tho necessity of testifying against him in tho approaching trial ezcspt to take his own life.
