A rECULIAtt SUIT Growing Out of the Burial of the Wronar Child. George W. Wright and L. Vada Wright, his wife, have filed suit for damages against Kenihan, Long & Hedges. The complaint alleges that the daughter cf the plaintißs d ed in December, 1884, and tbe remains were placed in the vault of defendants by agreement until such time as they might be prepared and ready to bury the tame. It is also charged that the defendants did not take proper care cf the remains, "but negligently took or allowed the tame to be taken and buried or otherwise disposed cf, and wrorgfully reinsed and still refuse to inform p'ainuL'a where said remains have bseu removd to, furtcer tban to say 'your child is in Ohio.' Afterward, abc.ut March 10, the cMid of a family named Diifendorfer i.ed. This was placr d in the vault also, and a few days later, at 10 o'clock in the morning, the father went to the firm and assei tbem to get the tody to the depot for shipment to a little town in Ohio. As the train left at 11 o'clock, there vraa no time to lose, and as Mr. Hedges went to the Health Office for a permit another man went to Crown Hill for the bedy. The two men reached the depot just in time to put the coffin on the train. One day labt week Wright and wife wanted to have their child buried. A visit to the vault at Crown Hill revealed the fact that their child was gone. They Eaid they wanted it, and the party retarned to the cily. Mr. Hedges, atter hard work, found Mre. Dirtendorfer, who went to Crown Hill with him and recognized tbe child in the vault as ker own. This, ct course, moved her greatly, but she said she waj so eiad it was bere, as she would riow hae it shipped back to Pennsylvania fcrburihl. The discovery, of cjuree, made it clear that a mistake had been made in tae mark acd the wrong coüia fehtpp?d to Ohio The firm then sent word to öoio and iad tbe bedy returned. Mr. Hedges then told Wright the tody was bick here, but thnt he now wanted hia money bsfore the body would be released Beyond this tbe lirui knows nothing, except the filing of the jir above iefened to. rilIMOMEIlMi, ASSOCIATION".
