The jury returned a verdict giving him four years North. Harter was Indicted or highway robbery, he having robbed aa old man in the southern part of the city about two months ago of $40. Sudden D6ath. Mrs. Hannah Apple, an old lady reeling at Oakland, thirteen mliei out on the Bee Line, came to tre city yesterJay to pay a visit to her ies riled daughter, residing at r.Mrnont.
