Fletcher has taken a judgment In for-cloure against L. D. Oiin and others, la Room 3, for $2,775. The damage suit of Clement A. Weatboeffer vs. Moritz Kaufman and others ha3 been dismissed in Room 2. The suit of William T. tiwigert vs. the Air Line Road for damage, in Judge Howe's Court, has been dismissed. Oecar L. Call and Ixra Call are suing each other for divorce in Judge Walker's Court. They are charging each other with a majority of the sins for which divorces may be had under the statue. In Judge Walker's room an argument on demurrer to the complaint in the case of J. L. Fatout vs. The School Board, was heard by the Court, and the matter taken under auviaement. The fuit is on the question of the legality of the bonds issued by the board to erect the new echool buiMing last summer. Yesterday was the third day of the divorce trial of David vs Mary J. Gab'.e. The arguments of the attorneys were searching, and covered all the sensational points brought out in the evidence. It was late in the evening when the arguments were closed. Judge Howe took the case under adviaeo ment. Ella Hoiman has filed against her husband, Joseph Hoi man, for snpport. They were married in 1SS-.
