The different sizes are calculated to do the cooking for small and large families, public houses and steam boats, and are so extremely simple in their construction, as to be managed with ease by a child, twelve or fourteen years ot age. With this stove may be cooked by baking, roasting, b filing, and by steam, a suliicicncy of meat, fish, fowls and vegetables, to make a dinner for from 5 to icq persons while at the same time may be baked fron one to eight good sized loaves of bread.
