He is in the habitof making known his sentiments b beginning the sur jeet and insinuating the rest, lie took with him a sorrel mare a:oiu 15 hands and one inch high, a natural trotter, supposed to be driven in a liiiht one horse wagiron, and O ill) r was accompanied by a boy about 12 or 13 years old, who was on horse back, lie is supposed to have taken with him about one thousand dollars in silver, and a large quantity ot genuine and counterfeit bank notes. He may have gone to the state of Indiana, about 13 or 14 miles from t lie Rising Sun, wheie he has a brother and one or two sons living. Miller is about 35 yearsofage; about 5 feet 10 inches high; wore a striped yellow jacket; a p lir of light colored pantaloons, a very dark brown coat and a new fur hat.
