The Sovereigns, with the gallant Duke, enjoyed on the dav following the magnificent spectacle of a sham light, in which all the troops previously reviewed were engaged. Jn this light the Russians represented the victors, in honor ot their Monarch. Some scri ous aecidents occurred during the dav. The mutilation of an unloi innate Englishman is particularly noticed. Each el ay the Sovereuius honored the Duke of Weihngton with their pre-ence at dinner, which is said to have been magnificently prepared in a Chinese Pavilion, ornamented with trophies of arms, and the united flags of every nation, the appropriate emblem of universal peace. But as the evidence of sight & touch are the most satisfactory, thoe who want a mill will please call and give the subscriber a fair trial. N. B. Those who are acquainted with the patent law of the United States, must undoubtedly know that any person or persons who make, use, or vend to others to be used, a patented machine or improvement, without first obtaining liberty from the patentee or his lawful agent, violates said law, and is liable to pay .damage to at least three times the amount of said machine.
