The commission's are reduced from 50 to -10 per .cent.— Eor tffb next 92,000 the commissions afe reduced from 40; to SO. per cent; over 5. ,400 per quarter, from 40 to 30 per cent; over §2,400 per quarter; from 15* per cent instead-of 12J; on letters at distributing offices, 10 per cent Instead of 12. It curtails the number of route ogeats, and makes tbs maxtmtum of their salary 8900 per annum* which is. the present maximiam in New England, Sew Xotk*i and fourteen other.
