Well, during the Circuit Court, he walked in and look a “cubs/* and marched down to the Court House, and was about engaging in a discossion of Constitutional law in-the the'presence of Hon. W.. McKee Dunn, and Judges Chapman, Sullivan, Stevens and Downey, and Messrs.
