From these items, it will be seen that the Plffnir /nauronee Company itands at the bend of the Hartford .Insurance, and although its capital is not so large as one or two other Companies, yet such is its character and the high'reputation .it.has obtained for honorable dealing, that its stock is deemed equal to any in the market We are also advised, that its assets on 1st January, 1859, were more than double the amounlof its capital stock, a fact not.to be seen in Khe statement of any other Hartford Insurance- Company, that-we are aware of. ' f This Company is becoming quile a favorite, and its business is steadily increasing in all directions. '
IT Within the last few months, we ire rejoiced to say. the advertising patronage of the Reveille has so greatly increased that our present sheet is entirely too small loaccommodslfiour friends and give a sufficient quantity of reading matter to satisfy bar subscribers in the.country. Some time since, when we had a formidable rival or opponent to divide the patronage with, our sheet was fully equal •to lhe<emergency* hut now, when; we have ■progressed to such an extent that we are not in the least .affected by any competitiqiL in our line, our'dimensionv are insufficient for the demauds of the. public; and in duly wc are compelled/ for our own interest, os well as the interest of the public, to enlarge the Reveille, and this we intend to do Just as soon as we can make the necessary arrangements. ;:
