It fixes the salaries of the Sir* ipteme Judges at fifteen hundred dollars, juf the Circuit Judges at thirteen hundred dollars, end of the Circuit Prosecutors.'at five bandied dollars. The Senate have passed a joint resolution instructing the Attorney General to bring suit against W.R.Nofsingcr, 51. G. Bright, Allen May, and. other parties, in default to tb« State, • 'Hie Hoass this morning passed s hill to prevent the breaking down, carrying away, or destroying of, the enclosure of any railroad, and .providing penalty for violating jbe. ; provisions thereof. Governor, the Secretary, of State shall net as Governor; and also to prevent the spread of the Canada thistle. ' The Senate yesterday afternoon passed a bill requiring surviving partners to give a bond, and make a report'ol their proceedings to a court having jurisdiction; also a bill providing for letting (be public printing and binding out to the lowest bidder,,and abolishing the office of Slate Printer, by yeas 31; nays 14. It is to be hoped that tho bill will pass the House, and there is a . fair prospect that it will. The, joint resolution of Mr. Jennings condemnatory of the African slave trade, passed.the Senate by yeas 30; nays 13. The bill in regard to aiding tho State’s tight of reversion and redemption in the Wabash and Erie Canal, was ander discussion, and occupied a good portion of tho afternoon and evening sessions.,
