AN inquest was held over-the dead body of John Allen, by Reuben Berry, a Jusrice of the'Peace; acting as Coroner, in Posey Township, Switzerland county, on the 3d'day of October, l83S 1 -ond after the ‘examination by Drs. E. Gale, R. R.RuterandA. Humphrey, the J ury adjourned until -the contents of the stomach were further examined..
