What tbe courts of Indiana, and especially the Supreme court, may decide id a' similar cose, Wtf cannot say. We understand the common law to say that all nuisances may be abated by tbe aggrieved party l or any .other person. While we deplore the necessity Which seems to require'force; and are opposed to mob law, we are willing to go tbe very verge of tbe law to abate mrotfnWS so infamous as liquor selling doggeries.j
