last night at a Security Council dinner,
Mr. Zorin, who arrived two weeks ago to replace’ Jacob Malik, so far has not appeared at the United Nations or presented his credentials. Mr. Malik, in a surprise move, announced last week he would not go home on schedule but would remain for the opening of the council. He originally planned to return to Russia last Tuesday.
