For Role in Arrest State Police Trooper Norman R. Mellis drew high praise today from Shelbyville Mayor Philip H. Banawitz for his help in capturing an admitted sex attacker. Trooper Mellis spotted Elwood Hendrickson, 33, Greenwood, while arresting two men for drunkenness and drunk driving Saturday night. While making the arrest, he radioed to Shelbyville. Dodgers Sell Terwilliger

BROOKLYN, N. Y.—The Brooklyn Dodgers have sold Infielder Wayne Terwilliger of their St. Paul farm team of the American Association to the Washington Senators. Purchase price was not disclosed.
