Seng, Jasper, belatedly began his campaign for re-elec-tion today as a recount of Democratic primary votes certified him as the nominee instead of a fellow townsman, Robert Cramelspacher originally was declared winner by 17 vo in a race for joint representative from Martin ad Dubois Counties. Mr. Seng carried Dubois and Mr. Cramelspacher carried Martin. Mr, Seng filed for a recount in Martin County, but the State Supreme Court issued a temporary writ of prohibition.
