Home-hunters can now think about those little extras they want {n medium-priced homes. The Bruce-Zeager Corp. with six new houses in the Parade of Homes, announced a new plan for building semicustom homes in this price bracket. Under this plan the buyer can select the basic home he likes from a group of 50 two- and three-bedroom homes yet to be built in Bonham Place, Kessler Blvd. and W. 30th St. The cost of the basic homes range from $16,700 for the twobedrooms, to $16,900 for threebedrooms models. Many Choices
After the buyer has selected a home, he then can request either brick or stone veneér, or wood siding; a one- or two-car garage, a fireplace, built-in appliances and other items. He can also determine all interior decorating and whether the closets will be cedar-lined or not. Some of these “extras” will cost extra money, but others will be included in the cost of the basic home. The six homes open to the publle during the Parade, of Homes, range in price from $18,900 to $29,000 and are in the Bonham Place addition. They all differ in plan and styling. 18-Foot Bedroom
