With fall just around the corner, relief is in store for harassed parents, hay fever sufferers and viewers of TV.
Old TV and radio favorites off the air for the summer are beginning to return. Saturday saw one of the most popular televised comedy %hows resume its place on the channels. Sid Caesar and Imogene Coca are again leading the field each week at 9 p.m. on Channel 10. Today brings three of the outstanding programs back to the public, Edward R. Murrow's “See It Now" appears on Channels 6 and 10 at 5:30 p. m., while Clifton Fadiman, George 8S. Kaufman and Sam Levenson resume their places as regulars on “This Is Show Business,” Channel 6 at 6:30 p. m. Joseph Cotten portrays his role of “Matthew Bell,” the crime-fighting doctor, at 2:30 p.m. on WIBC.

They'll change the format of their “Those Two” show from a summer vacation resort to conform with the fall season, “Those Two” assumes its old time spot, 6:30 p. m. on Channel 10, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
