Tremendous research on the film has resulted in an air of authenticity which rings true and! explains the vitality of the Robin Hood legend throughout the centuries. The musical narrative as offered by Allan-A-Dale forms a background story telling device against which the adventures of the men in Lincoln Green enact their parts. :

Great Memorial | Realization of a 10-year project! and fulfillment of the eager expectations of an audience of millions have been accomplished in the movie, “The Story of Will Rogers.” The technicolor dramatization of the life of the famobiis entertainer and philosopher is the most impressive of all the shrines dedicated to the man who is one of the folk heroes of American history.
The foundation for the screenplay by Frank Davis, was found in “Uncle Clem’s Boy,” the stories on Will Rogers as written by his wife and published about 10 years ago in the Saturday Evening Post. Will Jr. was on hand, too, to lend his first-hand knowledge toward authenticating his father’s life story.

Paula is afraid to turn herself in to the police for fear the scandal will ruin her husband's career. Then she learns the accident has made Davey ‘mute. Working each day in the hospital for the Red Cross, Paula watches Davey's progress and
