The fabulous first lady of the city’s 100-member narcotics squad and three male agents arrested Francis (Chubby) Russell last night as he prepared to make a sale on the eastern edge of Harlem. Miss Barry, known to news photographers as “The Woman Without A Face” because police won't let them take her picture, and Agent Frank Martirella had heen observing Russell for 10 days. Agent Martirella wore black glasses and carried a tin cup on the neck of his guitar. Miss Barry was always at his side. To touch up their pose, Miss Barry and Agent Martirella borrowed “Chico,” a Boxer owned by 8gt. WASHINGTON, July 31 (UP) Republican National Chairman Arthur E. Summerfield yesterday announced appointment of a sixmember “strategy board” to coordinate GOP campaign activities.
