KENOSHA, Wis, July 31 (UP) —An 11-year-old Slater, Mo., boy who wrote two extortion notes to a Kenosha industrialist has been arrested at his home, the FBI announced. The FBI said the boy took the name offithe man from advertisements in magazines. The letter demanded $10,000
