‘RUBBER BANDS ERG. Here are three ways to make a wind harp. Eugenia Lym of Milwaukee sent this rubber band harp, suggesting cardboard for a frame, but I found that it takes very heavy cardboard or the rubber bands bend the card. For fear that all of you would not have the heavy cardboard on hand, I glued a framework square of icé cream sucker sticks which worked well. Jill, my daughter, also notched four pencils and held the corners securely with rubber bands to make an excellent frame. »
