State Auditor Frank Millis, Campbellsburg, made the switch. He was naméd campaign manager for the 1952 Republican state ticket. Just about a year ago, though, Mr. Millis was deep in the doghouse. It seems he and Secretary of State Leland Smith, Logansport, thotight all Republican Party leaders were all wet when they demanded repeal of the state's welfare sécrecy law. They agreed with Gov.
