The GOP National Committee’ will meet Tuesday to hear arguments over contested delegations from various states, including Texas, where a bitter feud has developed over legates favoring Mr. Taft. Newspaper and press assocla-. tion reporters have been assured that the meeting in the north ballroom of the Conrad Hilton Hotel will be open to them. But it was doubtful whether cameramen and radio reporters using recording devices would be permitted to attend. f

lke Tires of Rocking, Heads for Golf Course
DENVER, June 28 (UP)—Gen. Eisenhower moved out of his mother-in-law's rocking chair long enough today to get in a round of golf. “Golf is relaxation for me,” he said. Gen. Eisenhower said that except for a brief conference tomorrow morning with North Dakota delegates to the Republican convention that relaxation is all he has planned for the week end. Earlier he had sald that all he intended to do today was sit in a rocking chair at the home
here of his mother-in-law, Mrs. John Doud, and “maybe putter around in her flower garden.” But he decided on some golf after a rocking while.
