hanging “not more than two minutes” from the window ledge of a room régistered to William Heekim, 39, Chicago, Mr. Dragoo said. The young man’s body struck the pavement only a few feet from shouting passersby who pleaded with him to “hang on” until firemen reached him. The fire was confined to one room. Mr. Heekim fled from the room and was later admitted to St.| John’s Hospital with burns on his shoulders.
