New Assignment Times State Service BRAZIL, June 21 — Chaplain Wilson H. Singer, former minister of the First Methodist Church here, has been released from active duty with the Navy and is awaiting assignment to an Indiana pastorate. Chaplain Singer has been serving aboard the USNS Gen. N. C. Meigs, the largest navy transport carrying troops to the Far East including Korea. _ At present Chaplain Singer is with his family in Barbourville, Ky., where he expects to remain until assigned to a church.
