| The U. 8. Internal Revenue Bureau has been sued by an Ander|son manufacturing firm which seeks a tax refund of $15,808. The C. E. Miller Manufacturing Co., which filed the suit in Federal Court, contends the bureau refuses {to allow a refund claim based on company losses sustained in 1945.
