ST. LOUIS, June 18 (UP) — Fred M. Saigh, president of the St. Louis Cardinals, will attack the legality of an income tax indictment against him in Federal Court Friday, it was revealed today. The Cardinal owner, in a motion for dismissal, attacked the | indictment against him as invalid on ‘grounds that he was denied due process of law when his tax case was being handled in the Internal Revenue Bureau.
