133 Thriller, Comedies, Due Here
By R. K. SHULL IF YOU THINK movies are better than ever, ‘here's your chance to prove it. Right in the downtown theaters next week you can compare the present flickers with one made 20 years ago. That's a left-handed way of saying “King Kong,” the super thriller that swept the country in 1933, will be back before you at the Indiana Theater starting Thursday, for better or worse.
A couple of really seeable comedies coming in will be the Spencer Tracy - Katharine Hepburn comedy, “Pat and Mike,” at Loew's today, and “The ‘‘Prize,” a new French product opening at the Esquire Wednesday.
Also bowing into Indianapolis for the first time will be “Lydia Bailey,” epic of a jungle revolution, at the Circle Thursday, and “Ft. Osage,” a cowboy and Indian opus coming to the Lyric © Wednesday.
