NEW YORK, June 6 (UP)—A woman was found shot to death yesterday in an apartment which had padlocks on each bedroom door and police launched a search for her daughter-.a former mental institution patient. The body of Mrs, Fannie Binder, 58, was found locked in her bedroom a short time hefore her daughter, Shirley, 24, was report. ed missing. The woman's husband, Julius, said his daughter told him last night that Mrs. Binder had gone to a movie. When she did not return, he and a son broke into her bedroom and found her body, Mrs. Binder had been shat In the head, chest and abdomen.
