1 ; ‘by LOUIS RAINIER Last week we talked about perch furniture but neglected to say anything about rugs. Some years ago, porch rugs were rather unattractive and certainly deserved only to be tramped on by muddy feet. But suddenly, as we've moved more and more out of doors, porch rugs have truly become beautiful to behold. Personally, I don’t think they should be relegated solely to the porch but feel that Summertime is a fine time to let those heavy winter carpets rest at the cleaners. Then, with porch fiber rugs so inexpensive, with selections and sizes so varied, I'd simply use them all over the house. For years we've used slip covers for that cooler effect, let's get started om our rugs. Come Fall, you can scrub them cleap, roll up and store away. - Come in and see our selection of all kinds and types to blend with any Summer decor. And a tip for budgetminded brides . . . Summer-type rugs are smart year-

round until that Ship comes in! Sincerely, LOUIS RAINIER and Staff
