Times Special . STROUDSBURG, Pa, May 10—Dr, and Mrs. Claude W, Leister announce the. engagement of Mrs. Leister’'s daughter, Miss Ann Chandler, to Vere J. Banks, .on of Mrs, Vere J. Banks and the late Mr, Banks. The bride-to-be, daughter also of John P. Chandler, New York and Westport, Conn. is a senior at Pennsylvania State College. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. A graduate of Tudor Hall School in Indianapolis, she is a granddaughter of Mrs. Fremont Miller, Franklin, Ind., and the late Mr. Miller, Mr, Banks was graduated from Lehigh University. The wedding date has not been set.
