CHICAGO, May 10—Some 3000 delegates .and visitors are expected to attend the 56th annual convention of the National Parents and Teachers Congress May 19-21 in Indianapolis, Mrs..John. E. Hayes, Twin Falls, lda.,
president, announced today. Mrs. Hayes will keynote the convention in her address, “The Citizen Child: What of His Future?” - ~ .
