Here are the official directions for machine voting in Tuesday's primary election. ; i First—Upon entering the voting place, announce your name to the clerks and sign the Voters’ Poll list. Second—Announce to the Inspector the party with which you affilfate and for whose candidates you wish to vote. The Inspector will set the machine for the candidates of your party.

Third—Step into the voting machine and move the RED HANDLE

for voting.
