A plane carrying a U. 8. Air Force parachute medical team under command of Maj. Richard Olney of Ramey Field, Puerto Rico, circled ovér the spot for four hours yesterday, but returned to Belem last night.

Bodies Sighted

A spokesman said the parachutists decided not to jump to the hillside because there was no evidence any of the 50 occupants of the stratocruiser survived, Several bodies were sighted near the wreckage. It was one of more that 30 aircraft taking part in one of. the greatest air search operations in history. The Stratocruiser, known as “The Good Hope,” vanished Tuesday morning on the Rio de Janeiro-Port of Spain leg of a Buenos Alres-to-New York flight.
