of the Indianapelis Episcopal

Diocese and the House of Church- &

Kirchhoffer, bishop of the diocese, will officiate at Holy Comunion and give his convention address at noon Friday. Bishop Kirchhoffer also will confer the commission of captain on Church Army Cadet tience of Lawrenceburg at that session. The two bodies will hold separate business sessions and attend a joint assembly Friday after-

The Episcopal Church Army with which Cadet Patience serves trains and sponsors laymen and! women in full-time evangelistic| Hs lay work. The drmy is composed mostly | of young people. They seek new! ways to reach “unchurched” per-| sons and to reclaim fallen-away| Christians. Church army captains| and sisters serve under clergymen| and bishops as a rule. But in| isolated areas, they often carry most of the responsibility for religious work.
