State PTA President Reviews Future Plans

gress Convention in the Murat Temple, Mrs. Jack C. Greig, state president, illustrated the near vision by reminding members of the situation in individual units. “ . . With the far vision, each sees the priceless heritage which we have received and recognizes that each generation must pay the price for passing this heritage along not only as good as received, but better,” she said. " - - . MRS. GREIG went on to point out the progress the state ization had made in the past year including workshops and membership increases. Plans for the future which she announced include a oneday information conference this summer available to every county in Indiana. During June Miss Dema Kennedy, a fleld secretary from National Con~ gress and a former Indianapolis resident, will appear at information conferences and other meetings requesting her services. The Indiana University HomeSchool Conference and Workshop scheduled late in June plans to consider home-school co-operation in school building needs and blueprints, planning curriculum and interpreting the mission of schools. One topic will be covered each day of the meeting.

The Daughters of the British Empire will observe Founders Day with a program and guest tea at 1:30 p. m. tomorrow in

which are periodically inspected. 7) Clean attics often of hatred, bigotry and gossip. 8) Sweep chimneys of ignorance and pessimism. 9) Insulate and weatherstrip doors and windows to keep in enthusiasms and keep out the cold of indifference. 10) Insulate against fear and jealousy. 11) Seal the roof against discontentment and disappointment. 12) Keep above the family a shelter of faith , . . in ourselves, our family and in God.
