Of Car for More Than an Hour
By TED KNAP ; Two young fathers were injured early today near Beech Grove in an explosive crash
that pinned them for more than an hour in the crumpled remains of their car. Critically hurt was Leo J. George, 27, of 1940 N. Dearborn St. His cbmpanion, Billy Joe Scalf, 26, of 2179 N. Parker Ave, was hurt seriously. This was the second time a traffic tragedy struck the George family. Leo's brother, Henry, was killed Nov, 12, 1948, in a southern Indiana crash that was fatal to four Techical High School
