A series of lessons on flower arrangement with emphasis on roses will be given by Mrs. W. Irving Palmer during April and May. The classes sponsored by the Indianapolis Rose Society will begin on Thursday, Apr. 3.

Arbutus Club Names Officers

New officers of the Arbutus Garden Club are Mrs. Fred G. Lofquist, president; Mrs, Ralph Morris, vice president; Mrs. J. C. You don't need to put off the purchase of dormant roses with t he consequent saving of potting costs just because your ground isn’t ready yet. Alex Tuschinsky of Hillsdale advises that dormant roses may be safely heeled in any time you care to buy them. Then you can plant whenever your ground is ready. Here's what he suggests.
