Four candidates are running for the GOP County Commissioner nomination, first district. They are: Walter V. Andrews, 1237 Keith Rd.; James H. Powers, county garage superintendent; Lem T. Glidden, former investigator for Criminal Court and Robert R. Fisher, county building commissioner. Harold N. Fields, organization choice for the GOP nomination for judge of Juvenile Court, will be opposed by Edwin C. Boswell and T. Ernest Maholm, veteran attorneys. Mr. Fields, Republican member of the County Voters’ Registration Board, is being supported by the Bi-Partisan Citizens Juvenile Court Committee,
